Our qualities are what define us, how we think, act, what motivates us and how we empower others to succeed based on shared core beliefs.

My qualities are derived from my experience, be it direct or via observation or what's worked and what's failed. It's mixed with my own personal beliefs and motivators to ensure how I act and what I do is authentic.


I have many qualities, interchangeable based on the situation, but the core ones are defined here - those that I am proud of, be it in how I think and act, or how others have acknowledged me perform.

I’ve held leadership positions as a Chief Revenue Officer, Vice President of Sales, and various roles across sales and marketing.

As a sales and leadership advisor, I’ve developed strategies for growth and enablement, helping teams deliver exceptional results. With a belief that every business is built on its people, I challenge conventional thinking to inspire, add value, and foster growth.

With the privilege of coaching over 200 leaders and professionals, I've helped them overcome challenges, and achieve their personal best.
