My leadership style demonstrates how I think and react under situations and shapes how I interact with teams, influence outcomes and build organisational culture.

I'm experienced in measuring DiSC, Adaptability and Emotional Intelligence in my coaching and have found it hugely beneficial when understanding the styles of others and adapting my approach to suit them.


I believe success in leadership comes from the ability to harness the strengths of self awareness and leveraging this to develop others.
